Abstract :
The over-all design of new generation distribution automation management system OPEN-3200 based on the standard IEC61968 according to the construction and application condition of distribution management system (DMS) in our country. Utility information exchange and integration bus based on standard of IEC 61968 and IEC 61970 is realized for the information exchange and share among the correlative distribution network systems. The management mechanism of model dynamic change in OPEN-3200 system is proposed in order to solve the problem of real time switching and dispatching between the current model and the future model about distribution network. The flow-patterned model and graph data exchange between DMS and GIS and model combination based on the technique of CIM/XML/SVG is realized. The distribution network application system (DPAS) which core is topology application is component realized. An intelligent switching order graphic guided switching-order generation in real-time context is realized. The dispatching job management (DJM) subsystem based on the free form and driven by a flow also is proposed. The application condition of the new generation distribution automation management system in Nanjing power supply company and other city shows that the system design philosophy is advanced and applied.
