Abstract :
This paper presents an adaptive control scheme for systems having fast time-varying parameters. The auxiliary variable in gain scheduling is introduced into a stochastic adaptive control algorithm based on parameter estimation. It is shown that the sensitivity in the presence of noise is greatly reduced and this scheme tracks time-varying parameters more efficiently than some previous methods.
