Abstract :
Some investigation methods, which are aimed at identifying the responsibility for the detrimental effects of power network harmonics, are recalled in this paper. The relevant measurement problems are discussed in order to verify whether an accuracy suitable for tariff purposes can be attained. The information derived by some experimental work is also discussed
