Future of objects virtualization and the Internet with Things

Summary form only given. This decade will see the fading away of the boundary between atoms and bits. As we live in the physical world we will at the same time perceive the virtual world. Touching an object will immediately activate the information and services associated in the web to that specific object instance. Any object, indeed, will have its virtual counterpart in the web, in most cases created in the same process that has led to the creation of the physical object. Upon that virtual mirror other enterprises and social networks will provide services and information. The Internet of Things will indeed become the much more interesting Internet with things.
