Abstract :
Summary form only given. This paper is devoted to the investigation of the dispersion properties of slow electromagnetic surface waves on the harmonics of ion and electron cyclotron frequencies (SCW) in a planar metal waveguide with plasma filling. The plasma layer is bounded at the planes x=0, a by metal slabs. The external steady magnetic field B/spl I.oarr//sub 0/ is parallel to the plasma-metal interfaces.
