Abstract
Camera calibration is a fundamental problem in computer vision. In a camera calibration process, the correspondences between 3D feature points and their 2D projection points must be obtained. We developed a semi-automatic calibration method for our augmented reality system, which uses corner detection to extract pixel coordinates of the projection points and uses homography to build the correspondences. Experiments show that the method is very easy to use and has good practical accuracy.
