Abstract
We demonstrate a hybrid planar-bulk heterojunction (HPBHJ) photosensitive organic field-effect transistor (photOFET) that operates in the near infrared (NIR) region utilizing copper hexadecafluorophthalocyanine (F16CuPc) as the acceptor. Copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) serves as the p-type channel layer, and lead phthalocyanine (PbPc) exhibiting optical absorption in NIR region serves as the photosensitive donor. For NIR light of 808 nm, a high photoresponsivity of 1290 mA/W and an external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 197% are obtained.
