Abstract :
An efficiency method based on 3D terrestrial laser scanner was proposed to carry out the special-shaped building post-construction survey which is hard to do by traditional survey methods. It researched the feasibility of 3D terrestrial Laser scanning technology application in special-shaped buildings post-construction survey. Then it designed the technical scheme, and also the quality control measurements were proposed. According to a typical case, CCTV (China Center Television) new main building post-construction survey, the results of this new method was proved to be more efficient, and the results are more expressive, high technology, wide application, which can serve the city planning and construction better. This research is the first application of the 3D terrestrial laser scanning in special-shaped buildings post-construction in China.
