Abstract
A group of IBM women started a women´s network at an IBM site in Tucson, Arizona, USA to foster professional growth and camaraderie among members. The inspiration for this women´s network, as well as how to start, foster and sustain a network are discussed. Activities for a professional women´s network are presented and lessons learned are offered
