Abstract :
This paper reports studies carried out on a multi-robot system assigned with the task of hunting down a rogue element in its vicinity whose location is not known. Swarm Intelligence (SI) has been used in the studies for organizing the multi-robot coordinated strategy to capture/enclose the target/invader. MATLAB based simulation has been used to ascertain the Flexibility, Robustness and Self-organization capability of the SI based strategy.
