Abstract :
New lines in cardinal improvement of ballistic resistance of local armor protection armature are presented. A number of problems of increase of shielding properties of light armor protection equipment are solved. Flexible laminated protection against cold arms, industrial technology of obtaining bimetal armor with a highly rigid and tough layers, experimental technology of working armor elements made of powder materials are developed. Results of mechanical test of hard alloys subjected to additional low-intensity impulse loading during the process of their manufacture are presented. The problem of retaining survivability of ceramic armor hit by several bullets is solved by means of introduction of such loading into the production process.
