For Demand Side Management program development on the need to consider many factors to determine whether the user response management solution, the use of AHP analysis program can be implemented. Established by the AHP model, research an iron and steel enterprises in Shandong. Analysis the data model with the AHP, demand side management programs so as to provide a reasonable theoretical basis for decision-making.
