Abstract
This paper is based on the surveyed data of bottom water from cage-cultured region of Western Meizhou Harbour from April 2006 to February 2007. The variation regularities of the determination values of t, DO, pH, COD, Chl-a, DIN, DIP and DOC are studied, the variation of NH3-N, NO2, relationship among NH3-N, NO2 and environmental key parameters (t, DO, pH) were discussed. Combined with the analysis of eutrophication degree, the accumulation and degradation of organic matters from the bottom water of the cultured region is the key factor to cause the deterioration of cultured water.
