Abstract :
A class of linear, discrete, time-invarying, multivariable, decentralized systems with delays in the interconnections are considered here. We show that if the interconnection matrices among the subsystems satisfy so called "lower zero" patterns, then the composite system can always decentrally stabilizable. Furthermore, an arbitrary degree of stability the closed loop overall system is attainable.
