Abstract :
The authors discuss the three major types of stumbling blocks to negotiation and present possible solutions to these problems which have been suggested by negotiation support system (NSS) researchers and designers. Also included are a brief overview of existing NSSs and the result of NSS implementations, as well as a discussion of future research directions that are needed in the area of NSS
