Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper analyses in depth electrical distance and admits that there is no physical meaning about sensitivity method to describe electrical distance, besides; there are some problems about impedance method to describe electrical distance. This paper also admits that electrical distance should be calculated by time of energy transfer, sometimes size of energy transfer is also considered. At last, a new method about calculating electrical distance is given in this paper.
