Abstract
Risk control is very important for Virtual enterprise. For the desired profit and anticipated goal, the Virtual enterprise must avoid the risk successfully. Therefore, the idea of Bilevel Programming is applied to the risk control for those Virtual enterprises with principal-agent characteristic, a principal-agent Bilevel Programming risk control model is developed, and describes how the leader designs incentive and punishment mechanism, and how the partners make decisions in controlling risks and investing funds under the mechanism. To solve the model, a genetic algorithm is developed. Simulation analysis showed that the model and the algorithm is a viable approach to the risk control of virtual enterprises.
