Abstract
Summary form only given. In the present paper, we consider the case of oblique incidence on an ionization front. Its characteristic features, proved for p-polarized waves, are connected with the excitation of Langmuir waves behind the front and with the Brewster phenomenon. We give the complete pattern of incident wave transformation. Frequencies and amplitudes of all waves excited before and behind the front have been calculated. Energy relations for wave packets are studied for dependence on the angle of incidence and the density of created plasma. The Mori regime of wave transformation is generalized for the case of oblique incidence. We use the methods developed for the investigation of Langmuir wave transformation under oblique incidence on an ionization front.
