Abstract
An alternative use of two-ports in analyzing basic feedback topologies is presented in this paper. The “traditional” two-port feedback analysis is reconsidered and its inherent weaknesses are revealed. The use of two-port performance characteristics and two-port properties is discussed as an alternative to traditional feedback analysis. An example is given to highlight the advantages of the proposed approach
