Abstract :
Traffic restricted or mandatory divergence is a common method of traffic organization. Applying TranCAD in estimating traffic organization scheme has much limitations; especially, TranCAD is unable to estimate it when the certain vehicle is prohibited to pass. In the paper, based on model of stochastic user equilibrium(SUE) with elastic demand, traffic restricted divergence(TRD) model is established to solve the limitations of TranCAD. The main content contains establishing model, solving model, exemplifying model. The example shows the model is effective and practical.
