Abstract :
Generally, issues concerning movement include a coordinated movement of a set of things to achieve a universal goal in a network. Mobile facility movement is a modern issue raised in locating. This study developed a model aiming at minimizing the movement in locating the mobile facilities and providing service for high-priority clients in a given network composed of clients and mobile facilities bearing two parameters in mind: the capacity of facilities and clients´ priority. The validity of the model was then put to test applying GAMS software thereafter two numerical and graphical instances were introduced.
