Abstract :
In this paper a new solution for cellular neural network cell structure is presented. Different building blocks are discussed which are used in the cell. A chip has been made with 16 by 16 cells with additional circuitry to accomplish the whole structure of the CNN Universal Machine (CNNUM). Different measurement issues are also discussed
