Abstract :
Pi. single-phase half-bridge rectifier for low cost applications is considered. A new control algorithm to balance the two split dc bus voltages has been proposed. It is different from the traditional alleviation strategy which has been presented earlier by other researchers. The cause for the unbalance between the two bus voltages is analyzed, and a new approach to eliminate it is discussed in detail. The analytical results are verified by DSP TMS 320 LF 2407 A based controller. The experimental results confirm the feasibility of the proposed new scheme to have a great effort in the problem. Keywords: Half-bridge, dc bias, unbalance, DSP.
