Abstract :
An optimization method for power/ground network based on genetic algorithm was presented in this paper. The method could deal with the problem from the VLSI placement stage combined with the characteristic of the power/ground network. It had optimized the power/ground network floor planning by the improvement of the placement of the modules. The simulation proved that the anticipant result was achieved.
