Abstract :
This paper presents a new synthesis method for a generalized asymmetric quadruple bandpass filter. Resonator filters with asymmetric quadruple passbands are synthesized using the proposed frequency transformations. A 16-pole asymmetric quadruple band bandpass filter is synthesized to validate the present approach of synthesis. The coupling matrix of the synthesized filter is also obtained from the proposed method.
