Abstract :
The abstract goes According to the incomplete of performance evaluation for IR small target tracking algorithm, the paper presented a combined criterion of performance evaluation by considering the veracity, real-time demand and the implementation on hardware of the tracking algorithm. And the method for calculating the performance evaluation was confirmed by analyzing the three detailed. The combined criterion and some resolution of material issues were presented for the first time by the paper. And then experiment was made by tracking algorithms and real IR images, the results demonstrate the rationality of the performance evaluation method this paper provided.
