Abstract :
In this paper, selective wireless power transfer using magnetic resonant coupling is proposed and its characteristics are investigated. The transmission efficiency may degrade with unintentional object near the power transmission system. At that time, by changing the resonant frequency of the transmitting and receiving resonators, undesired effects from the interfering resonator is avoided. In this paper, the wireless power transfer system performance is confirmed by EM simulations and experiments.
