Abstract :
In this paper the actual problem of improvement of ecology around action of radars of land transport systems (in particular, the decreasing an electromagnetic irradiation of passengers, attendants of the airports, sea´s and river ports, inhabitants of adjoining areas) is considered. Account questions of reflexions interferences from a spreading surface at an estimation of characteristics of detection in such radars are considered. The concept of management of radiated power of radars is entered and the corresponding criterion is formulated.
