Abstract :
The paper presents the findings of a study performed under the aegis of MoD´s Corporate Research Programme TG5 R02. The objective was to define a development and implementation strategy for a general-purpose human factors integration (HFI) capability maturity model. The paper summarises the background to, and need for, assurance of HFI, sets out the requirements for successful HFI capability evaluation, and outlines the proposed implementation strategy for HFI assessment tools
