Abstract :
We analyze the dependence of transverse field distribution and effective indices of the two orthogonally polarized modes in slot and double-slot waveguides on waveguide parameters (slot width, slot separation) and bend. Optimization of the parameters of microring resonator on the base of such waveguides used as a temperature sensor is considered.
