Abstract :
This paper describes the vibration suppression control based on acceleration detected by an acceleration sensor located on the machine end. The proposed method has a simple configuration that is added an integral and one tuning parameter to the conventional semi-closed method, and suppresses the vibration on machinery by adding the damping of antiresonance zero point of the open-loop. In this way, the high gain can be realized so the influence of the disturbance is also suppressed. The proposed method is possible to design from the viewpoint of shaping the open-loop, and adjustment is easily accomplished by simply increasing the one parameter to increase the vibration suppression effect, from the conventional semi-closed method so adjustment that retains continuity is possible. In this paper, the configuration and characteristics of the proposed method is shown, and its efficacy through simulation and experimental verification are demonstrated.
