Abstract :
With the development of IC technology, the wafer diameter is developing to 300mm. This will significantly increase the requirement of the accuracy and the real-time performance of data acquisition. This paper introduces the theory of stream interface driver of WinCE and structure of the Acquisition Card ADT882. Then the implement the driver of ADT882 for WinCE6.0 is described. The testing results show that this meets the design requirement in functionality, performance and stability.
