Abstract :
The advantages of fast, cheap, convenient, flexible, communication long distance and not restrained by terrain make high frequency (HF) communication still be the focus and develop rapidly even in the communication era of VHF, microwave and satellite. Based on the research of communication network simulation systems, the idea to construct distributed HF communication network simulation platform (DHNSP) based on OPNET network simulation tool was brought out in the paper. The platform constitutes and material working flow of DHNSP were also designed in detail. Finally, key technologies to realize the DHNSP were discussed, which lay nicer foundation for the construction of DHNSP.
