Abstract
A novel phantom is described which incorporates a thin film of sub-resolvable scatterers and piezoelectric materials to simulate a wide variety of dynamic and static flow signals that can be precisely defined in terms of their temporal and spatial content for evaluation of ultrasonic Doppler flow measurement systems
