Abstract :
The idiosyncrasy between rapid advancements in the information technology and the unsuccessfulness of many software systems was the reason for construction of a new software design approach called metaparadigm. Metaparadigm is a paradigm for designing software system design paradigms and was used for the development of a new evaluation paradigm presented in this paper
