Abstract :
We present theoretical discussion and experimental verification of spectral efficiency and crosstalk for different global envelope Coherent Direct Sequence en/decoders used in WDM-OCDMA applications. We measure the spectral efficiency in function of the WDM channel spacing. Moreover, simulated and experimental results of the devices in presence of chromatic dispersion are presented.
