            Abstract : 
We develop a frequency-dependent FDTD method to analyze plasmonic devices based on a periodic structure at oblique incidence. The trapezoidal recursive convolution technique is used to treat a dispersive medium. To confirm the validity of the present method, we analyze metal gratings on a substrate.
