Abstract :
In the report the algorithms of two-dimensional and three-dimensional magnetic systems´ simulating for electrovacuum microwave devices are considered, that are used in a program complex TAU. TAU uses an integrated method for calculate two-dimensional electrical fields in metal electrodes´ system, two-dimensional magnetic fields in system of ferromagnetics, solenoids and constant magnets and also two-dimensional thermal fields in collector. Three-dimensional trajectories of the charged particles are calculated in electrical and magnetic fields determined by two-dimensional tables or analytical expressions
