Abstract :
We have demonstrated that proposed design of active anode allows to increase interaction efficiency in anode gap of triode distributed amplifiers for microwave vacuum microelectronics. This effect correlates with the action of ponderomotive force existing in structures with non-uniform static field. Analytical representation of field distribution in considered structures is obtained
