Abstract :
Under microwave radiation a wide variety of chemical reactions can be accelerated by ten or even one hundred times. This reduces energy and labor resources. To achieve best results in microwave synthesis it is necessary to provide a homogeneous electromagnetic field distribution inside the heating vessel and small standing wave ratio (SWR) in the feeding waveguide. Several western industrial groups have developed installations for microwave chemical synthesis. In this report an installation for organic synthesis in liquid under atmospheric pressure is described
