Abstract :
In order to reveal effect mechanism of crop reactive oxygen species (ROS) metabolic system under exogenous salicylic acid (SA) to ozone (O3) stress, open top chambers were utilized to investigate the change of ROS production rate, lipid peroxidation extent, anti-oxidative enzymes activities and antioxidant content in soybean (Glycine max.) leaves. Exogenous SA treatment relieves the aggravation of ROS damage through ozone stress, which represents protective efficacy to soybean, but the alleviation of exogenous SA to ozone is limited.
