  • Abstract
The coordination compound of L-hydroxyproline(Hyp)-Zn(II) was synthesized by L-Hyp and zinc sulfate as raw materials in water medium, and the coordination mechanism was studyed. IR spectra of L-Hyp-Zn(II) proved the coordination effect was produced between L-Hyp and Zn(II); 1H-NMR indicated that combination´s position of L-Hyp is α-carboxyl and α-hydroxyl; Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) observation show that Zn(II) was surrounded by L-Hyp; The proportion of Hyp-Zn(II) coordination compound is 4:1 which was determined by dialysis experiment. The molecular formula of the coordination compound is Zn(Hyp)4·H2O which was illustrated by above information.
