Ability Appraisal of the Library Knowledge Acquisition based on the Principal Component Analysis

The knowledge acquisition which should be developed effectively and efficiently is very important to the development of the society. Only people can get the knowledge freely from the library, can people make more contributions for the society. Therefore, the ability of the library knowledge acquisition should be evaluated. Through introducing the development and the research of the library, this article established the model of the principal component analysis, which gave the government a clear method to evaluate the ability of the library knowledge acquisition. Last but not the least, the inspection system of developing the knowledge acquisition was introduced, which gives the government an effective and perfect method to carry on the knowledge acquisition of the library.
