Summary form only given. This paper will review technology in development under the Advanced Project Agency Transition of Optical Processors into Systems (TOPS) Program. Relevant technology insertion demonstration programs will be discussed showing system performance impact made possible by the utilization of optical processing technology. Results obtained in various field demonstrations will also be discussed
