            Abstract : 
This article presents the operation, design and performance of tunable filter bank based on Agile\´s barium strontium titanate (BST) thin film technology. A novel capacitor array has been designed utilizing a nonlinear BST capacitance model and a capacitor array "stacking" technique. Measurements demonstrate the rejection of tunable filter of > 30dB at ±27% band width, the return loss is <; 10dB over entire operating range, and the minimum third order intercept is greater than 40dBm with switching speeds <; 1ms.
