A Web-accessible mobile agents platform

A web-accessible mobile agents platform is presented which makes it possible to connect different host on the network in a simple way. A Java Applet charged on the machine represents a Java program, which corresponds to an agency thus the machine can accept the migration of an agent that will be carried out on the machine. A major problem that is discussed in this paper is the security problem. The presentation of the architecture of the platform and the discussion on the advantages and the disadvantages of the technique is described. A distributed application, which makes it possible to present, the power of the technology and the simplicity that it offers for the developer of distributed application is presented.
