Abstract :
Main defects about the slow speed of information exchange and the poor capabilities of the emergency response in the current ISCS (Integrated Supervisory Control System) of URT are described in this paper. Then an ISCS model with multi-layer transport hub based on Cyber Control software is constructed in laboratory. Combined with the characteristics of current ISCS networks, a multiple direction information transmission channel is established after analyzing the data flow of ISCS. Finally, the information transmission of the whole system using the way of “point to point” and “point to multiple” is achieved in the context of ensuring consistency and real-time of data.
