Abstract :
In the paper we present a model of a power distribution network based on a combination of the stochastic and deterministic approach. The simulation system is implemented using multi-agent platform eXAT and it is based on local knowledge transfer and interaction between agents. By recording the events occurring in the network and post-hoc analysis, we are able to explore the relations between local failures and their global economic effects in the distribution network.
