Abstract :
In this paper, the reliability allocation issue of digital substation systems is analyzed and a new optimization allocation method for engineering applications is proposed. This paper uses the minimum cost allocation method and the feasibility-cost model to establish mathematic programming. The paper introduces the equivalent redundancy coefficient which is based on the optimal solution of the mathematic programming to measure the importance of the components. By reduplicating the most important component, the system reliability will increase in the most effective way. This paper takes a transformer bay in a typical 110kV digital substation as an example to further show the effectiveness of the method.
