Automatic information acquisition and reporting system of continuous annealing simulator for cold strip

The result is a manifestation of the experiment process to continuous annealing simulator for cold strip. The samples´ initial information, process information and results information need to be collected and made report processing in order to enhance the analysis of tested result. This paper briefly describes the system components and communication design about the information acquisition, Focuses on the automatic information collection methods, process and report generation. Through contrasting the tested results and the tested process data, the experimenters make production process according to the successful test and improve the test method to the failed test.
